Dan Pratt Founded Pradell Builders in 1993.  He graduated from CSU with a BS in  construction management and worked for civil engineers and contractors for 7 years prior to founding Pradell Builders.  Over the past 20 years Pradell has developed its expertise with the close direction of Mr. Pratt and the carefully selected employees and subcontractors which he considers more as family than work associates.​
